Job DescriptionIndustry/ Organization Type: Landscaping & Arboriculture ServicesPosition Title: AccountantWorking Location: Bukit BatokWorking Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 9.00 am – 6.00pm)Salary Package: Basic + Variable BonusDuration: PermanentKey ResponsibilitiesHandle the full set of accounts independently, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger.Manage month-end and year-end closing and ensure all accounting records are accurate and completed on time.Prepare financial statements, management reports, bank reconciliations and cash-flow reports.Prepare and submit GST returns and other statutory filings.Monitor incoming payments, outstanding receivables, supplier payments and company expenses.Maintain fixed-asset registers and supporting accounting schedules.Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks and relevant authorities.Prepare audit schedules and provide the necessary documents for annual audits.Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations and internal procedures.Perform other duties as assigned.APPLY NOW!!!Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.Experienced in handling a full set of accounts independently.Familiar with GST submission, financial reporting and audit requirements.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.Able to work independently, manage deadlines and maintain accurate financial records.Good communication and coordination skills when liaising with auditors and external parties.Kindly apply through ANY of the following methods:Submit your application by clicking the APPLY button;Email your resume to Job@anradus.com.sg.
