ACCOUNTANT & ADMIN ASSOCIATE

Company: Ampsy Consultancy LLCLocation: Dubai, UAEExperience: Minimum 1 Year of UAE Working Experience – MandatoryAmpsy Consultancy LLC is looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Accountant & Admin Associate to support the company’s day-to-day accounting, financial documentation, and administrative activities.

The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of relevant UAE working experience with practical working knowledge of Tally and Zoho Books.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting entries and accurate financial records.Handle invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and expense entries.Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records.Follow up on outstanding customer payments and collections.Perform bank and account reconciliations.Maintain proper supporting documents for all financial transactions.Assist with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax-related accounting documentation and records.Prepare basic financial, collection, and management reports as required.Maintain accurate customer and supplier account statements.Coordinate with management on pending payments, expenses, and financial matters.Support day-to-day office administration and documentation.Maintain well-organized digital and physical records.Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams regarding invoices, payments, customer files, and related documentation.Assist management with reports, documentation, and other administrative requirements.Follow up on assigned internal tasks and ensure timely completion.Support general office coordination whenever required.Mandatory RequirementsMinimum 1 year of relevant UAE accounting/admin working experience – Mandatory.Practical working knowledge of Tally – Mandatory.Practical working knowledge of Zoho Books – Mandatory.Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.Good understanding of UAE VAT and basic accounting practices.Knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax procedures will be an advantage.Good communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, responsibility, and follow-up skills.Ampsy Consultancy LLC specializes in business setup, company formation, business consulting, corporate services, and advisory services across the UAE.For more information about Ampsy Consultancy LLC and our services, please visit our official website: www.ampsyconsultancy.aeInterested candidates may send CV to: connect@ampsyconsultancy.ae
