Accountant & PRO / Driver — Fashion Studio, Oud Metha, DubaiSecond Season is a Dubai-based fashion consultancy and garment studio helping brand owners take ideas from concept to finished product — design, sampling, and small-batch production. We're a newly launched studio, so you'll be joining at the ground floor, working directly with the founder.The RoleWe're looking for one reliable, organized person to handle our day-to-day accounting, government/PRO work, and company errands. This is a hands-on, multi-role position — you need to be comfortable wearing several hats in a small growing business.ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day books in Zoho Books: record invoices, expenses, payments, and receiptsAssist with VAT records, payment follow-ups, and monthly reportingProcess employment visas, medicals, Emirates IDs, and labour cards through Amer, Tasheel, GDRFA, and MOHREHandle trade licence renewals and other government documentationDrive for company errands — bank runs, deliveries, supplier pickupsGeneral office admin: filing, document management, coordinating with suppliersRequirementsValid UAE driving licence (mandatory — please don't apply without one)Accounting background — degree or diploma in accounting/commerce, with hands-on bookkeeping experience (Zoho Books or similar)PRO experience in the UAE with working knowledge of visa processing and government portalsGood Excel skillsFluent English; Hindi/Urdu or Arabic an advantageTrustworthy, punctual, and able to work independentlyWhat We OfferSalary: AED 4,500–6,000 depending on experienceEmployment visa and health insurance providedWorking hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to SaturdayLocation: Oud Metha, DubaiTo apply: Send your CV to hr@secondszn.com with the subject line "Accountant cum PRO Application"
