Employment Type: Full-Time - Fully remoteWork Schedule: Monday to Friday (schedule based on client requirements - Schedule can be in PST/MST/EST/CST)Key ResponsibilitiesOwn month-end and year-end close processes.Prepare and review financial statements under IFRS and/or US GAAP.Perform detailed variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights.Review complex journal entries and accounting estimates.Maintain balance sheet integrity through accurate reconciliations.Coordinate audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.Review the work of junior accountants and provide guidance and mentorship.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.Tools & SystemsQuickBooks OnlineNetSuiteXeroMicrosoft Excel (Advanced)Google SheetsFinancial reporting and audit toolsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.Knowledge of US GAAP.ACCA or CA finalist.2 to 4 years of professional accounting experience.Strong understanding of accrual accounting.Experience preparing month-end financial reports.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.Our Hiring Process1.
