JusticeSure is building a scalable operating system tailored to the needs of African businesses.Role Description The Accountant at DELAW Tech Ltd, working with JusticeSure, is a full-time, on-site role based in Abuja. The individual will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording transactions, preparing and reviewing financial statements, maintaining ledgers, and ensuring accurate reconciliations across accounts. The role includes preparing periodic financial reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting, monitoring expenses and revenues, and ensuring timely tax and regulatory compliance. The Accountant will work closely with internal teams to provide financial insights, support audits, improve internal controls, and leverage JusticeSure’s platform to enhance financial visibility and accuracy. Collaboration, attention to detail, and adherence to accounting standards are core aspects of the daily work. You will also be rewponsible for inventory monitoring and control.QualificationsStrong technical accounting knowledge, including familiarity with relevant standards and best practices.Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements and maintaining accurate general ledgers.strong inventory management experienceProficiency in financial reporting and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.Solid finance and analytical skills to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Relevant bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA) is an advantage.Experience with accounting or ERP systems; ability to quickly learn and use JusticeSure’s platform.Strong attention to detail, high level of integrity, and commitment to compliance and internal controls.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-growing environment.
