About Dar MasaratDar Masarat is a Saudi management consulting firm delivering advisory, research, strategy, institutional excellence, and transformation projects across the public and private sectors. As a growing consulting firm, we operate with a lean core team while supporting multiple client projects through project-based teams and consultants. We are looking for an experienced accountant who can take ownership of our finance function and help strengthen our financial operations as we continue to grow.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the company's day-to-day accounting operations.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Maintain accurate general ledger and accounting records.Process payroll and employee financial transactions.Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.Ensure compliance with ZATCA requirements and VAT regulations.Prepare and submit tax filings and statutory reports.Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.Monitor project costs, revenues, and profitability.Maintain financial controls and improve internal accounting processes.Support the implementation and ongoing use of Odoo ERP.Assist management with financial analysis and decision-making.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.Experience in consulting, professional services, engineering consulting, or other project-based businesses is highly preferred.SOCPA certification or eligibility is preferred.Professional proficiency in both Arabic and English.Strong knowledge of Saudi accounting regulations, VAT, and ZATCA requirements.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Experience with ERP systems; Odoo experience is an advantage.What We're Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is:Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy.Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.Trustworthy and able to maintain strict confidentiality.Passionate about improving financial processes rather than simply maintaining them.Comfortable working independently in a growing organization.Proactive in identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation.Able to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in the following areas will have a strong advantage:Project accounting.Payroll administration.Contract and project employee accounting.Budget preparation and financial forecasting.Cash flow management.Financial reporting for management.Odoo ERP implementation or administration.Working with external auditors.Supporting organizational growth and process development.
