📢 We’re Hiring: Accountant – Real Estate & Property Management📍 Dubai, UAE💼 Full-time | On-siteLandwell Properties is looking for a meticulous, dependable, and experienced Accountant to join our growing team in Dubai.The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of UAE accounting experience, preferably within real estate, property management, or holiday homes.Key Responsibilities:• Maintain daily accounting records and general ledgers• Manage accounts payable and receivable• Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations• Prepare monthly financial and management reports• Handle UAE VAT returns and support Corporate Tax compliance• Manage payroll and WPS processing• Track rental collections, security deposits, commissions, referral fees, and post-dated cheques• Prepare landlord statements and property-wise income reports• Process DTCM Tourism Dirham payments and related reports• Support month-end closing, audits, budgeting, and cost controlCandidate Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE accounting experience• Real estate or property management experience is strongly preferred• Good knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and WPS• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills• ACCA, CMA, CPA, CA Inter, or equivalent qualification is preferred• Strong attention to detail, integrity, confidentiality, and the ability to work independentlyWhat We Offer:• Salary: AED 5,500–6,500 per month, based on experience and qualifications• Professional and collaborative working environment• Career-development opportunities• Benefits in accordance with UAE Labour LawHow to Apply:Please send your updated CV to careers@landwell.ae with the subject line:“Real Estate Accountant Application – [Your Name]”Please mention your current salary, expected salary, notice period, visa status, and availability to join.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.#Hiring #AccountantJobs #DubaiJobs #RealEstateJobs #UAEJobs #FinanceJobs #PropertyManagement #LandwellProperties
