Accountant

ACCOUNTANT – UAELocation: Dubai, UAESalary: AED 6,500 – 7,500 per monthWe are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting operations of our trading and distribution business.This position is best suited for candidates with 5+ years of UAE accounting experience who are looking to take ownership of a complete accounting function within a growing company.Key Responsibilities• Prepare Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Statements, and Balance Sheets• Complete monthly and annual financial closing within established timelines• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow• Record and reconcile petty cash and main cash transactions• Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with FTA requirements• Verify LPOs prior to issuance• Prepare commercial invoices and financial reports• Coordinate customer collections and monitor receivables• Work closely with the warehouse team on inventory reconciliation and stock adjustments• Support management reporting and profitability analysisRequirements• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance• 5+ years of accounting experience in the UAE• Strong understanding of VAT regulations and Corporate Tax requirements• Experience using TallyPrime• Advanced Excel skills• Experience in a trading, distribution, or inventory-based business is preferred• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and accountabilityKey Performance Indicators• Monthly closing completed within 5 working days• Accurate and timely bank reconciliations• Full VAT compliance• Collection efficiency of 95% or higherPlease apply by sending your CV to mazin@goldensandsgroup.co
