The ideal candidate has experience working within a corporate services provider, accounting firm, audit firm, or consultancy and is comfortable managing multiple clients while ensuring compliance with UAE accounting and tax regulations. Candidates with previous experience in a corporate services provider managing multiple client portfolios will be given strong preference.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full accounting cycle for multiple client entities, including bookkeeping, journal entries, reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing. Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS / IFRS for SMEs.Handle UAE VAT registrations, return filings, refund applications, voluntary disclosures, and FTA compliance through EmaraTax.Manage UAE Corporate Tax registrations, computations, filings, Small Business Relief assessments, and supporting documentation.Prepare management reports, cash flow reports, and financial analyses for clients. Support new company incorporations by establishing accounting records and chart of accounts.Liaise with auditors, banks, government authorities, and Free Zone authorities.Assist clients during VAT, Corporate Tax, and regulatory audits.Maintain accounting policies, internal controls, and compliance documentation.Communicate professionally with clients and provide practical accounting and tax guidance.Monitor changes to UAE accounting, VAT, and Corporate Tax regulations.Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining high-quality client service.What You BringBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent qualification is an advantage.Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with at least 3 years in the UAE.Experience in a corporate services provider, audit, consultancy, or accounting firm managing multiple client entities.Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, IFRS, and IFRS for SMEs.Familiarity with DMCC, IFZA, JAFZA, ADGM, DIFC, RAK ICC, and other UAE jurisdictions.Proficiency in Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Tally, or similar ERP/accounting software.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and client relationship skills.High level of integrity, confidentiality, and ownership.Success in this RoleIndependently manage multiple client portfolios.Deliver accurate work within deadlines.Build trusted client relationships.Stay current with UAE regulations.Take ownership and continuously improve processes.What We OfferStable position in a growing international corporate services firm.Exposure to diverse local and international clients.Professional development opportunities.Competitive salary and UAE benefits.How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to send their updated CV to co@swissgroup.ae.
