Clients can reach the team via phone, WhatsApp, email, or the company website for convenient and responsive assistance.Role Description The Accountant will manage the day-to-day financial operations of Bakhtar Travel and Tourism, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling bank and cash accounts. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, tracking receivables and payables, processing payments, and ensuring accurate documentation of all travel-related financial activities such as ticketing, visa, and hotel bookings. The role also involves preparing periodic financial reports, assisting with budgeting and cost control, and supporting compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations. The Accountant will collaborate closely with operations and reservations teams to ensure accurate pricing, margin analysis, and timely financial updates. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.Qualifications Strong knowledge of accounting principles, general ledger management, and financial reporting.Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel (e.g., spreadsheets, formulas, reconciliations).Experience in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong organizational skills.Ability to analyze financial data, support budgeting, and monitor costs and margins.Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Previous experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality finance is an advantage.Relevant academic qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are a plus.Ability to work on-site in Dubai and adhere to local financial and regulatory requirements.
