We focus on long term retention and monetization rather than vanity metrics, ensuring that growth directly translates into trading volume, revenue, and profitability.Key Responsibilities:Accounting: Maintaining accounting records for group companies in the UAE, as well as overseeing the work of outsourced accounting firms in the El Salvador and Panama jurisdictionsUAE Taxes: Full support of tax accounting (Corporate Tax, VAT, and other obligations)Reporting: Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS standardsConsolidation: Maintaining consolidated accounting for the group of companiesAudit and e-Invoicing: Preparing documentation and supporting internal and external audits. Working with e-Invoicing systems in the UAE and El SalvadorCommunication: Liaising with regulators, the FTA, auditors, and external consultantsRequirementsExperience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the UAE, with a proven track record of successfully passing audits and tax inspectionsSoftware: Proficiency in modern accounting and financial software (Xero, Request Finance, and similar tools)Profile: Strong hard skills, with the ability to work within an international structure and oversee external contractorsImportant: This position is not suitable for entry-level specialists.
