You will ensure transactions are recorded accurately and on time, reconciliations are complete, and the financial information used by Finance and the wider business is correct at the source. Your work will feed directly into the Financial Controller’s and Finance Business Partner’s review and sign-off.What You’ll DoOwn the end-to-end month-end close process and deliver it to the agreed timetableRecord day-to-day accounting entries accurately and on time. Perform bank, payroll, intercompany, and balance sheet reconciliationsPrepare and post accruals, prepayments, and rental revenue journals. Maintain the Group Asset File and reconcile the fixed asset register monthly, including additions, disposals, and depreciationProcess supplier invoices through Dext, prepare AP invoices, monitor accounts receivable collections, and process paymentsPrepare quarterly VAT returns, support the completion of tax returns, and ensure UAE VAT complianceKeep ApprovalMax updated when vendor, budget, or approval changes occurPrepare management accounts and transaction records in line with IFRS and internal accounting policiesSupport external audit requests, MFR slides, expense reporting, payroll inputs, automation, process improvements, and other ad hoc requestsWho You AreYou have at least three years of accounting experience in an international or multi-entity environmentYou have experience with reconciliations and management reportingYou have experience with balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and double-entry accountingYou are proficient with accounting tools such as Xero, SAP, or similar, as well as ExcelYou work accurately and bring strong attention to detailYou can meet deadlines and handle multiple prioritiesYou are willing to learn and grow in a dynamic environment and can approach problems proactivelyNice to havesExperience with crypto or digital asset accountingExperience in fintech, blockchain, or high-growth companies1inch is an equal opportunity employer.
