Job description:Financial reportingPrepare management reports, budget and forecastPrepare annual financial statements and XBRL filingAccounting transactionsPerform full set accounts including audit schedules and reporting packagesReview invoices posting and process paymentsPrepare intercompany billings and manage intercompany transactions and reconciliationEnsure accurate and timely recording of transactions in the accounting systemReview staff claims to ensure it is accurate and supported before payment is madeCashflow monitoring, maintain daily cashflow and prepare weekly cash reportHandle fixed assets, addition, disposal, and depreciationEnsure adherence to internal controls & proceduresAlign the financial processes with groupTaxationPrepare corporate tax/withholding tax, liaise with tax agent on the tax filingPrepare and submit quarterly GST returnAuditingLiaise with external auditors on annual audit and attend to queries/requirementsData analysisAnalysing financial information and presenting findingsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent field.At least 3-5 years of related experience as an Accountant. Background in manufacturing is a plus.Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Highly motivated with ability to work independently and deliver results under tight deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including MS Excel, MS Powerpoint).Familiarity with Oracle Netsuite accounting software would be beneficial.
