RadiantBiz operates as a trusted partner, prioritizing client success and long-term business performance.Role Description The Accountant will work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in a full-time capacity, supporting the financial and accounting needs of RadiantBiz and its clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and managing accounts payable and receivable. The role involves preparing financial statements and management reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with relevant UAE accounting, VAT, and tax regulations. The Accountant will support audit preparation, coordinate with external auditors and banking partners, and help implement internal controls to safeguard company and client assets. The role also requires close collaboration with consulting teams to provide timely financial insights that support business setup, advisory, and financing solutions.QualificationsStrong accounting and bookkeeping skills, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.Knowledge of UAE VAT, tax regulations, and compliance requirements, with experience supporting audits and regulatory filings.Proficiency with accounting and ERP software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP or similar), and strong Excel skills for reporting and analysis.Ability to analyze financial data, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide clear, data-driven recommendations to internal teams and clients.Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment.Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage but not required.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CA are preferred.Prior experience in professional services, consulting, banking, or corporate finance in the UAE or GCC region is highly beneficial.
