As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a meticulous, dependable, and proactive Junior Accountant to join our team and support the Group's accounting and finance operations across multiple entities and regions.Job Descriptions:Accounts Receivable & InvoicingGenerate and issue client invoices based on business requirementsMaintain accurate invoice records in internal trackers and within XeroMonitor outstanding receivables, conduct regular follow-ups with clients via email, and track payment statusPrepare AR Aging Reports periodically and contribute to improving overall collections efficiencyAccounts Payable & Vendor ManagementRecord vendor bills promptly upon receipt and maintain up-to-date AP recordsProcess bills and related accounting entries in XeroCoordinate with management to ensure timely payment approvals and disbursementsMaintain organized payment schedules and vendor correspondence recordsPayroll & General AccountingAssist in processing payroll-related journal entries and expense recordings in XeroSupport month-end closing activities and routine financial data reconciliationLiaise with external accountants or auditors and provide required documentation as neededGST / Tax ComplianceCompile supporting documentation for quarterly GST filingsPrepare GST reports and assist with GST (Singapore) and SST (Malaysia) submissionsEnsure financial records are complete, accurate, and in compliance with applicable local regulationsGroup Finance SupportProvide general accounting support across multiple Group entities spanning different jurisdictionsAssist in organizing and coordinating cross-regional financial records and reportingJob Requirements:Qualifications & ExperienceDegree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferredAt least 1–2 years of hands-on accounting or finance experienceWorking knowledge of Xero is requiredSolid grasp of core accounting processes — invoicing, AP/AR, payroll, and basic bookkeepingFamiliarity with Singapore and/or Malaysia accounting standards, GST, and SST requirementsCompetenciesStrong attention to detail, with a structured and organized working styleGood time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyComfortable working in a multi-entity, cross-border environmentPreferred Qualifications:Exposure to multi-entity or cross-jurisdictional accountingAbility to independently prepare and submit GST reportsPrior experience liaising with external auditors, corporate secretaries, or tax authorities for Singapore Region
