ABOUT THE COMPANYBoston Oncology Arabia is an integrated specialty pharmaceutical company bringing high-quality medicines to Saudi Arabia and regional markets.Working across the full product journey—from portfolio development and regulatory approval to local production and commercial supply—Boston Oncology connects every stage within one Saudi-based organization.For an accountant, this means working at the intersection of manufacturing, healthcare, and a highly regulated business—where strong controls and reliable financial information are essential to how the company operates and grows.ABOUT THE ROLEBoston Oncology Arabia is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join its Finance team in Riyadh.This is a broad accounting role, offering hands-on responsibility across financial reporting, closing activities, accounts payable, reconciliations, tax compliance, and audit support. Rather than working within a narrowly defined accounting function, the successful candidate will gain exposure to the full financial cycle of a regulated pharmaceutical business.The role provides an opportunity to deepen practical experience in IFRS, Saudi VAT, withholding tax, ZATCA requirements, ERP systems, and financial controls. The Accountant will also work with colleagues across the business to improve processes and strengthen the quality and reliability of financial information.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare financial reports in accordance with IFRS.Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.Manage accounts payable, including invoice booking and reconciliations.Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.Ensure compliance with VAT, withholding tax (WHT), and ZATCA regulations.Coordinate with external auditors and support audit requirements.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline.At least two years of relevant, hands-on accounting experience.SOCPA registration or eligibility to register.ACCA, CPA, CA, or another recognized professional accounting qualification is an advantage but not required.Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or another regulated industry is an advantage.REQUIRED SKILLSExperience using an ERP accounting system; SAP experience is preferred.Strong Microsoft Excel skills.Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
