The Accountant will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank statements. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements and reports, assisting with budgeting, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring accuracy in all financial records. The role will also involve managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, supporting tax preparation and compliance, and coordinating with internal teams and external auditors when required. The Accountant is expected to follow established accounting standards, maintain organized documentation, and provide timely financial insights to support business decisions.Qualifications Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and financial reporting standards.Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliation.Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.Understanding of taxation, statutory compliance, and basic regulatory requirements relevant to the Greater Delhi Area.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with numerical data accurately under deadlines.Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality in handling financial information, and a proactive, organized work style.
