The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, and supporting statutory and management reporting. The role requires strong knowledge of Russian GAAP and IFRS, along with hands-on experience using 1C accounting software.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain the general ledger, record journal entries, and perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing and reconciliation.Reconcile intra-group balances and investigate and resolve discrepancies.Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Support tax return preparation and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Provide financial information and analysis to support business decision-making.Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, financial regulations, and company policies.Stay updated on changes to accounting regulations and tax requirements.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.Strong practical knowledge of Russian GAAP and IFRS.Proficiency in 1C accounting software.Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory.Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Preferred QualificationsCPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and other financial functions.Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.Previous experience working in a multinational or international business environment.Working ConditionsStandard business working hours.Occasional overtime may be required during peak reporting, audit, or financial closing periods.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience and qualifications.Health insurance.28 days annual leave, structured as two 14-day periods including weekends.Position ObjectiveThe objective of this position is to ensure accurate and timely accounting operations, maintain strong financial controls, support reporting and compliance requirements, and provide reliable financial information to management for effective business decision-making.----Бухгалтер | ДубайМы ищем опытного и внимательного бухгалтера в нашу команду в Дубае.Основные обязанности:Ведение бухгалтерского и управленческого учета.Работа с дебиторской и кредиторской задолженностью.Подготовка финансовой отчетности и сверка счетов.Участие в бюджетировании, налоговой отчетности и аудите.Обеспечение соответствия учета требованиям Russian GAAP и IFRS.Требования:Высшее образование в области бухгалтерского учета, финансов или экономики.Минимум 5 лет опыта в бухгалтерии или финансах.Уверенное владение 1С и Excel.Знание Russian GAAP и IFRS.Свободное владение русским и английским языками.Внимательность, аналитические способности и самостоятельность.ACCA, CPA или аналогичная квалификация будет преимуществом.Условия:Полная занятость, Дубай.Конкурентоспособная заработная плата в зависимости от опыта.Медицинская страховка.28 дней отпуска (2 периода по 14 дней, включая выходные).
