If you're excited by ownership, fast execution, and building something meaningful, we'd love to meet you.Working Model: On-siteLocation: Bangalore, HSR LayoutWork Week: Monday to SaturdayTimings: 10am - 7pmBudget: up to 6 LPA (depending on experience & role fit)Experience: 2-5 yearsAbout the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant who can independently manage day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring accuracy and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily accounting transactions using Tally.Maintain books of accounts and financial records.Process purchase orders and vendor invoices.Perform data entry and bookkeeping accurately.Maintain Goods Receipt (GR) records and related documentation.Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.Maintain financial paperwork and filing systems.Coordinate with internal teams for finance-related documentation.Support monthly closing and audit requirements.Requirements:2+ years of accounting experience.Proficiency in Tally is mandatory.Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles.Experience handling purchase orders, invoices, and GR documentation.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Good communication skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.Preferred:Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer goods companies.Working knowledge of GST and basic statutory compliance.
