The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing financial statements and reports. Responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank and account balances, monitoring cash flow, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. The role also involves ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations, assisting with audits, and providing financial insights that support Talent Worth’s business decisions. The Accountant will collaborate with HR and operations teams to align financial practices with the company’s strategic objectives.Qualifications Strong skills in financial accounting, general ledger management, and preparation of financial statementsExperience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliationsProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, including working with formulas and financial reportsKnowledge of relevant accounting standards, local tax regulations, and compliance requirementsAbility to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to guide business decisionsExcellent attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong organizational skillsEffective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are an advantagePrevious experience in consulting, professional services, or HR-related businesses is a plus
