We are committed to delivering projects efficiently while maintaining strong financial controls, cost management, and client satisfaction.We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team and support the company’s financial operations and project-related accounting activities.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Accountant position based in Sajaa, Sharjah, UAE.The Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the company’s financial reporting and project cost control. The role will include:Recording and maintaining accurate financial transactions and general ledger accounts.Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.Preparing invoices, payment records, and following up on outstanding receivables.Performing bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.Supporting monthly and year-end closing activities.Preparing financial and management reports.Assisting with VAT returns and maintaining proper tax documentation.Supporting project-based accounting, cost tracking, and budget monitoring.Coordinating with project, procurement, and management teams regarding financial matters.Assisting with internal and external audit requirements.Maintaining proper financial documentation and records in accordance with company policies and applicable UAE regulations.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in an interior fit-out, construction, or contracting company.Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and financial reporting.Practical experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and cash management.Good understanding of UAE VAT and applicable accounting requirements.Experience with accounting software and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Ability to handle project-related accounting, cost tracking, and financial documentation.Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.Good organizational and time-management skills.Strong communication and coordination skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of UAE payroll/WPS processes is an advantage.Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA are an advantage.Location📍 Sajaa, Sharjah, United Arab EmiratesEmployment Type: Full-time | On-site
