Company DescriptionA well-established regional distribution Company.Role Description· Ensuring day-to-day transactions are recorded in the accounting system properly.· Performing timely and accurate month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.· Ensuring that accounting schedules are updated and accurate.· Prepare the necessary documents related to suppliers debit notes.· Follow up debit notes collection with the suppliers.· Prepare monthly/weekly debit notes reconciliations and communicate with the suppliers to solve the pending issues.· Other duties as assigned by the direct Manager.Qualifications· Holder a B. Com. in Finance & Accounting with a good grade.· Accounting experience from 2 to 5 years preferably in Healthcare and / or FMCG distribution business· Having soft skills moderate to expert level.· Having an English Language above moderate to fluency level.· High level of Excel is most preferable.· Experience in ERP accounting applications (SAP) is preferable.*** Please send your CV's to aad@runbox.com
