Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Accountant.Immediate joining.Salary: 3.6 - 6LCandidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, managing our books on Zoho, preparing financial statements, and analyzing financial data.Other day-to-day tasks include budgeting, cash flow management, and assistance with tax preparation and filing taxes.The office is located out of BTM, Bengaluru, Karnataka. Candidate has to be available to work on site.Qualifications•⁠ ⁠Ability to work on Zoho Books accounting platform. Please note, knowledge of Zoho is a MUST.•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. 3yr+ experience preffered. •⁠ ⁠⁠Should have a good knowledge on how to file GST and TDS on a regular basis.•⁠ ⁠Everyday tasks involve invoicing as per inventory being despatched, credit notes, making  payments as received and making payments to vendors, collating invoices from vendors, bank statement reconciliation, getting payments from customers on a regular basis, making PnL & balance sheet.•⁠ ⁠Should be able to analyse company cashflow positions and give ledgers on outstanding and payables. •⁠ ⁠Should be able to create reports as needed by the CXOs for business analysis.•⁠ ⁠Experience with financial statement preparation and analysis.•⁠ ⁠Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record keeping.•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a team.•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus.•⁠ ⁠⁠Knowledge of AI based financial systems is a bonus.
