Location: Raidurg, Hyderabad • Department: Finance & Accounts • Employment Type: Full-time • Experience: Minimum 3+Years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage endto-end accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and reconciliations in a manufacturing and renewable energy environment. Key Responsibilities • Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, bookkeeping, journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and maintain accurate financial records. • Ensure timely month-end and year-end book closures and assist in financial statement preparation. • Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, vendor/customer reconciliations, and general ledger accounting. • Handle GST compliance, ITC reconciliation, GSTR filings, TDS provisions, Income Tax compliance, statutory deductions, and related reconciliations. • Manage inventory accounting, WIP, finished goods, fixed assets, depreciation, cost allocation, and stock reconciliations in a manufacturing setup. • Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and maintain robust accounting controls. • Support statutory audits, internal audits, GST audits, and tax audits, including the preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation. • Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams including Procurement, Stores, Production, HR, Payroll, Commercial, Projects, Auditors, Banks, and Management. Required Qualifications & Experience • Education: CMA Qualified (Preferred) or MBA (Finance). • Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in core accounting; experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Renewable Energy, EPC, or Industrial sectors is preferred. Required Skills • Strong knowledge of core accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory regulations. • Deep hands-on experience in AP, AR, General Ledger management, and complete tax compliances (GST, TDS, Income Tax). • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH, SUMIFS, data analysis, and MIS reporting. • Working knowledge of ERP/accounting software such as TCS iON (Preferred), SAP, Oracle, Zoho ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms. • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, ownership mindset, and capability to work under deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
