Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Real Estate Accountant at JAR Real Estate in Dubai. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with real estate accounting regulations.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivablePrepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reportsPrepare and maintain rental contract and PDC managementMonitor and reconcile bank statements, petty cash and general ledger accountsHandle multi companies accounting for cross charging & transfer pricingAssist with budget preparation and financial forecastingEnsure compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting standardsSupport the preparation of quarterly and annual audits.Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial efficiencyProvide financial insights to support strategic decision-makingQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferably ACCAProven experience as an Accountant, in the UAE real estate sectorProficiency in Real estate accounting software and MS ExcelStrong understanding of UAE tax laws and regulationsExcellent analytical and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesMust know the PACT Revenue accounting System
