We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support financial operations.Role OverviewThe Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling accounting transactions, reconciliations, reporting, and supporting statutory compliance. Candidates with aviation industry experience and strong hands-on knowledge of Zoho Books will be preferred.Key Responsibilities• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities• Record and verify financial transactions in Zoho Books• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records• Perform bank, ledger, and account reconciliations• Prepare invoices, payment documentation, and financial reports• Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities• Maintain proper supporting documentation for audits and financial records• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables• Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, auditors, and internal teams• Prepare MIS and accounting reports as required by managementRequirements✔ Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Books – Mandatory✔ Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com preferred)✔ Relevant experience in accounting and finance operations✔ Good knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, GST, and TDS✔ Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills✔ Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills✔ Aviation industry experience will be highly preferred✔ Ability to manage confidential financial information and meet deadlinesPreferred Profile⭐ Experience in Aviation / FTO / Airline / NSOP / Aviation Services⭐ Experience handling multi-location accounting operations⭐ Knowledge of foreign transactions / Forex accounting will be an advantage📩 Apply Now: careers@flyairtaxi.in🌐 Website: www.flyairtaxi.in📞 Contact: +91 87968 30060Build financial accuracy.
