As we continue to grow across the Middle East, we’re looking to onboard a highly experienced, detail-driven finance professional to lead our accounting function.To know more about our company, please check our website: www.helpxpat.comAbout the RoleThis is a senior, hands-on accounting role for a CPA-qualified professional with deep experience in UAE accounting, VAT, and Corporate Tax. You will own end-to-end finance operations and ensure absolute accuracy in invoicing, reporting, and compliance across UAE and KSA entities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliations)Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure zero-error invoicing, revenue recognition, and job costingOversee UAE VAT filings, audits, and FTA complianceManage UAE Corporate Tax calculations, submissions, and documentationMaintain clean balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow reportingOptimize and manage Zoho Books / Zoho Finance for UAE & KSA entitiesImplement strong internal controls, SOPs, and audit-ready processesLiaise with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory bodiesSupport leadership with financial analysis and decision-makingWhat We’re Looking ForCPA qualification (mandatory)Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5+ years of accounting experience, with strong UAE exposureProven expertise in UAE VAT & Corporate TaxExceptional attention to detail with a track record of error-free invoicingStrong knowledge of Dubai/UAE accounting procedures and complianceProficiency in Zoho Books / ERP systems and advanced ExcelExperience handling multi-entity and cross-border accounts (UAE & KSA)Background in service-based or professional services industries is a plusWhy Join HelpXpat?Work closely with senior leadershipHigh ownership, trust, and autonomyLong-term role with stability and growth📩 Interested candidates can apply via LinkedIn or send their CV directly.Only candidates meeting the CPA/CA and UAE experience requirements will be considered.
