We operate a 300 sqm warehouse in Aziziya and manage four commonly-owned commercial registrations.We are looking for an accountant to take full ownership of our day-to-day accounting and invoicing on site — replacing our current part-time, remote arrangement.The roleYou will be the single point of accountability for accounting across all four entities. This is a hands-on role: you will issue invoices daily, keep the books current, chase what we are owed, and give management an accurate picture of the numbers every month.Key responsibilitiesPrepare, issue and file customer invoices daily, including ZATCA-compliant e-invoicing (Fatoora)Maintain complete books for four commercial registrations — sales, purchases, expenses, journalsPrepare and submit VAT returns; keep the business compliant with ZATCA requirementsManage accounts receivable: track ageing, follow up with customers on overdue balances, and report collection status weeklyManage accounts payable: verify supplier invoices against purchase records and receipts, and prepare payment runs for management approvalReconcile bank accounts, and reconcile stock movements and delivery records with the warehouseProduce monthly management reports — sales by customer and segment, margins, receivables ageing, cash positionSupport payroll, GOSI and other statutory filingsMaintain organised digital and physical records, and keep documentation ready for auditRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of accounting experience in Saudi ArabiaPractical experience with Saudi VAT and ZATCA e-invoicingWorking knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Odoo, Wafeq or similar) and strong Excel skillsFluent Arabic and good working EnglishTransferable Iqama or eligibility to work in Saudi ArabiaAccurate, organised, and comfortable working independently in a small teamPreferredExperience in food distribution, FMCG, wholesale or tradingExperience handling multiple commercial registrations under one managementFamiliarity with receivables collection from retail chains and institutional customersHow to applySend your CV to [od@greenlifeksa.com] with the subject line "Accountant — Riyadh".
