Team members join a growing organization that values professionalism, integrity, and long-term client relationships.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Accountant will handle daily bookkeeping activities, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling bank statements. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with cash flow management. The role involves supporting monthly and annual closing processes, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations. The Accountant will also collaborate with management to provide financial insights, support audits, and help improve internal financial controls and processes. We are looking for a motivated Junior Accountant with 1–2 years of real estate experience to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting for our property portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Assist with day‑to‑day accounting for real estate projectsPrepare basic financial reports, reconciliations, and monthly closingSupport accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliationHelp track rental income, tenant accounts, and service chargesMaintain compliance with UAE VAT and accounting standardsCoordinate with internal teams and external auditorsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estateBasic knowledge of IFRS and UAE VATFamiliarity with accounting software (ERP, Tally, QuickBooks, etc.)Strong attention to detail and willingness to learnBased in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocateHow to Apply:
