Accountant

ResponsibilitiesAssist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processesPrepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedulesAnalyze general ledger accounts and investigate variancesSupport financial reporting and month-end reporting packagesMaintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedulesAssist with inventory-related accounting and reconciliationsParticipate in budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysisEnsure compliance with company policies and accounting standardsCollaborate with operations and other departments to support business objectivesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance2+ years of accounting experience, preferably within manufacturingExperience supporting month-end close activitiesStrong understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliationsERP experience required; SAP experience is a plusIntermediate to advanced Excel skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWhat We're Looking ForHands-on accounting experience within a manufacturing settingA team-oriented professional who enjoys solving problems and improving processesSomeone looking for long-term growth and stability within a growing organization
