Department: Finance & AccountingReports To: Finance ManagerJob SummaryHAAN Global is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance team in Jeddah.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), petty cash, bank reconciliations, VAT reconciliation and filing, fixed assets, month-end closing, financial reporting, and Profit and Loss (P&L).The role will also support ERP implementation and enhancement, including the development and maintenance of an appropriate Chart of Accounts (COA) and accounting processes suitable for a logistics business.The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, Saudi VAT requirements, financial reporting, and ERP systems, with the ability to work independently and meet strict monthly closing deadlines.Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within a logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or similar operational environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Practical experience in AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, fixed assets, VAT, and month-end closing.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia VAT and ZATCA requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.
• Experience in ERP implementation or finance system migration would be highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• A solid understanding of Chart of Accounts and financial reporting structures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• The ability to work under pressure and meet monthly closing deadlines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
