Professionals joining Saudi Icon can expect to contribute to diverse, high-impact projects in a dynamic and growing organization.Job PurposePerform day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in support of the Chief Accountant and the overall finance function.Key Responsibilities● Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.● Process accounts payable, including verifying and posting supplier invoices for payment.● Process accounts receivable, including issuing invoices and following up on collections.● Prepare bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.● Assist in preparing journal entries and supporting schedules for month-end closing.● Maintain organized and accurate filing of financial documents and records.● Support the preparation of Zakat, VAT, and other regulatory filings.● Assist with fixed asset tracking and inventory reconciliations.● Support internal and external audit requests by providing required documentation.● Perform any other job-related duties or tasks assigned by the direct manager, as required by business needs.Requirements & Qualifications Education Level Bachelor's degree required Field of Study Accounting, Finance, or related field Years of Experience 2-4 years in accounting or bookkeeping (construction/fit-out industry preferred) Professional Certifications (if any) Working toward CPA/CMA or SOCPA membership (a plus)Skills & Competencies:● Good knowledge of accounting principles and standards (IFRS)● Strong attention to detail and accuracy● Good organizational and time-management skills● Basic knowledge of Zakat, VAT, and Saudi financial regulationsOther Requirements● Fluent in Arabic and English● Proficiency in ERP and accounting systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle)● Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
