LLC Location: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-time About the RoleBison Rubber Co. LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on accounting experience in the UAE and be capable of managing day-to-day financial operations accurately and efficiently.Experience RequiredMinimum: 2 years of relevant accounting experience in the UAE.Maximum: 5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.Candidates with 2–5 years of UAE experience are encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and financial transactions.Handle daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense reports.Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.Perform bank, supplier, and customer account reconciliations.Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.Monitor cash flow and maintain proper financial documentation.Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and assist with VAT return preparation and filing.Coordinate with auditors, suppliers, customers, and internal departments as required.Maintain organized records of financial documents for audit and compliance purposes.Support payroll-related accounting activities and other finance tasks as assigned.Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues promptly.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.2–5 years of relevant accounting experience in the UAE.Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.Hands-on ZOHO Books experience required.Working knowledge of UAE VAT and basic tax compliance.Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.Good communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Candidates currently based in Dubai or the UAE are preferred.
