This full-time, on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, involves preparing invoices, monitoring accounts receivable and payable, and supporting accurate cash flow management for travel and visa services. The role includes assisting with month-end and year-end closing, preparing financial reports and statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations. The Accountant will coordinate with internal teams to track revenue and expenses for travel packages, visas, and related services, and help optimize financial processes. The position also requires maintaining organized financial records, supporting audits, and contributing to budgeting and forecasting activities.Qualifications Strong skills in general accounting, including journal entries, ledgers, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel, including spreadsheets, formulas, and basic data analysis.Solid understanding of accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and cash flow management.Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and compliance requirements applicable in the United Arab Emirates.Excellent attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong organizational skills.Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external partners.Ability to work on-site full time in Dubai and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are an advantage.Prior experience in travel, tourism, or services industries is beneficial.
