About the CompanyAspire Manpower Services is hiring on behalf of our esteemed client for the position of Junior Accountant – Accounts Receivable in the UAE.ResponsibilitiesManage daily accounts receivable activities, including invoicing and payment follow-ups.Prepare, verify, and process customer invoices accurately.Monitor outstanding receivables and maintain updated accounts records.Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.Record incoming payments and update accounting systems.Coordinate with customers regarding pending payments and account queries.Assist in preparing aging reports and receivables statements.Support month-end closing and financial reporting activities.Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and financial transactions.Coordinate with internal finance and operations teams to ensure accurate billing.Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.Required Skills1–2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in Accounts Receivable.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.Familiarity with invoicing, reconciliations, and payment tracking.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication and interpersonal skills.UAE experience is preferred.Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.Preferred SkillsUAE experience is preferred.Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.Pay range and compensation packageSalary: AED 4,000 – 6,000 per monthEqual Opportunity StatementAspire Manpower Services and its client are committed to providing a collaborative and professional working environment that supports professional growth and learning opportunities for all qualified candidates.How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to share their updated CV through LinkedIn or contact Aspire Manpower Services for further details.
