Accountant | Faseela Real Estate📍 Location: Sharjah, UAE💼 Employment Type: Full-Time🎯 Experience: 4–5 Years UAE Experience🏢 Industry: Real Estate & Property ManagementAbout the RoleFaseela Real Estate is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced and highly organized Accountant to join our team in Sharjah.The ideal candidate will have solid UAE accounting experience, strong attention to detail, and preferably a background in real estate or property management. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the company’s day-to-day financial operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily accounting operations and financial transactions.Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, invoices, receipts, and payments.Monitor rent collections, deposits, commissions, management fees, and property-related transactions.Perform bank and account reconciliations.Prepare monthly financial statements and internal reports.Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on pending payments.Manage supplier invoices, payments, and expense records.Support VAT accounting and UAE tax compliance.Assist in budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and financial analysis.Maintain proper documentation and financial filing systems.Coordinate with management, landlords, tenants, suppliers, and other stakeholders when required.Support external audits and provide requested financial information.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.3–4 years of accounting experience in the UAE.Previous experience in Real Estate or Property Management is highly preferred.Good understanding of UAE VAT and accounting practices.Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software.Excellent numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Sharjah/UAE experience is preferred.What We’re Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, proactive, and financially disciplined, with the ability to take ownership of accounting responsibilities and contribute to the growth of the company.What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience.Professional working environment.Growth opportunities within a growing real estate company.Opportunity to build long-term experience in Property Management & Real Estate.Visa Insurance 📩 How to Applyadmin@faseelareality.comFaseela Real EstateProperty Management | Sales | Leasing | Real Estate Services
