Accountant

About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of relevant experience, with a strong understanding of accounting principles, UAE/Oman/KSA regulations, and preferably prior exposure to the healthcare or medical equipment sector.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivablePrepare and review invoices, purchase orders, and payment documentationPerform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activitiesReconcile bank statements and supplier/customer accountsAssist in VAT filing and ensure compliance with UAE/Oman tax regulationsMonitor cash flow, expenses, and cost allocationsSupport audit processes and provide required documentationCoordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, service) for financial alignmentAssist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldBilingual in both Arabic & English (Mandatory)2–3 years of accounting experience (UAE experience preferred)Prior experience in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical sectors is highly preferredStrong knowledge of accounting principles and VAT regulations in the UAE, Oman & KSAExperience with ERP systems (preferably Odoo or similar)Proficiency in Microsoft ExcelHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesWhat We OfferGrowth opportunities within a fast-growing healthcare companyExposure to regional operations (UAE, KSA, Oman)Dynamic and performance-driven work environmentThe assigned budget for this position is AED 6,000
