Technology-driven logistics and consistent service quality are central to the company’s approach, offering team members a dynamic, performance-oriented work environment.Role Description This is a full-time Accountant role based in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a combination of on-site and work-from-home days. The Accountant will manage daily bookkeeping activities, including recording transactions, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining accurate ledgers for delivery operations and manpower services. Responsibilities include preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and monitoring expenses and revenues to ensure financial accuracy. The role involves handling accounts payable and receivable, invoicing clients, tracking collections, and coordinating with operations and HR teams on payroll and cost allocation. The Accountant will also assist with audit preparation, ensure compliance with UAE financial and tax regulations, and help implement process improvements and automation within the finance function.Qualifications Strong foundation in financial accounting, bookkeeping, and general ledger management.Experience with accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., ERP or cloud-based systems) and MS Excel.Ability to prepare financial statements, management reports, and support budgeting and forecasting.Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and basic understanding of local tax and compliance requirements.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with operations, HR, and management teams.Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced logistics environment.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are an advantage.Prior experience in logistics, delivery services, or a similar industry is a plus.
