Accountant

DAZZ is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to support our growing finance and operations teams. This role will manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and help ensure timely reconciliations and compliance with Saudi tax requirements.The role will work across accounts payable, accounts receivable, VAT, and cash-on-delivery (COD) transactions. Logistics experience is preferred, especially in environments with frequent transactions and delivery-related settlements.Key responsibilitiesRecord and maintain accurate financial transactions and supporting documentation in Qoyod.Manage accounts payable, including reviewing supplier invoices, tracking due dates, and reconciling vendor balances.Manage accounts receivable, monitor outstanding balances, and follow up on collections.Reconcile COD collections and settlements against delivery and payment records, and investigate discrepancies.Perform regular bank, cash, supplier, customer, and other account reconciliations.Support VAT calculations, prepare records for VAT filings, and help maintain compliance with ZATCA requirements.Assist with month-end close and prepare routine financial reports.Maintain organized records and support audit and financial review requests.Identify discrepancies or process issues and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.Use Excel to analyze financial data, prepare reconciliations, and produce clear reports.Requirements3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.Practical knowledge of bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.Familiarity with Saudi VAT and ZATCA requirements.Hands-on experience with Qoyod.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including working with large data sets, formulas, lookups, and pivot tables.Proficiency in both Arabic and English.Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.Ability to manage recurring deadlines and resolve discrepancies independently.Logistics industry experience preferred.
