Accountant

We’re Hiring: Accountant | Full-Time – Dubai, UAEJalsa Design, a luxury multi-brand furniture showroom in Dubai, is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Accountant to independently manage daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily accounting entries, bookkeeping, and general ledger maintenance.Handle accounts payable and receivable, supplier payments, client invoicing, and collections.Prepare bank reconciliations, month-end closing, and monthly financial reports.Monitor expenses, purchase orders, inventory transactions, and stock reconciliations.Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax regulations, and accounting standards.Process payroll and support financial audits with accurate documentation.Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies while maintaining financial accuracy.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of accounting experience in the UAE.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and accounting practices.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and take full responsibility for daily accounting operations.Mandatory languages: Fluent English and Arabic OR fluent English and Hindi.Must hold a valid UAE driving licence and own a car.Immediate joining is mandatory. Candidates serving a notice period will not be considered.Experience in furniture, retail, or trading businesses is an advantage.
