Accountant - Fashion

We are looking for a hands-on Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support timely reporting. This role is ideal for someone with strong accounting fundamentals, ERP experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closeHandle accruals, provisions, and journal entriesMaintain general ledger, perform reconciliations, intercompany and balance sheet reconciliations.Oversee accounts payable & receivable processesEnsure compliance with UAE VAT regulationsSupport internal & external auditsPrepare MIS reports and assist in budgeting & forecastingDrive process improvements and automation initiativesQualifications & Requirements4–7 years of accounting experienceUAE / GCC experience preferredStrong knowledge of accounting principles and VATERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central is a plus)Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP)Detail-oriented with strong analytical skillsB.Com / M.Com or equivalentCA / ACCA (part-qualified preferred)
