Accountant / Finance Analyst (15-20,000 AED) - Dubai based - Health and Wellness Company

The RIG Recruitment / Recruitment International Group is working with a Health and Wellness client looking for an Accountant / Finance Analyst to join the business.Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Accountant / Finance Analyst to join a growing Health & Wellness group operating six clinics across the UAE.This role will combine hands-on accounting responsibilities with financial analysis, business reporting and management information. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records while transforming financial data into clear reports and insights that support senior management with commercial and operational decision-making.The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background combined with excellent Excel, reporting and analytical skills.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain accurate accounting records across six clinic locations.Prepare monthly management accounts, P&L statements, balance sheets and cash-flow reports.Produce regular financial and operational reports for senior management.Analyse revenue, costs, profitability and financial performance across individual clinics.Compare actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts.Identify trends, variances, risks and opportunities within the business.Prepare dashboards and presentations that clearly communicate financial performance.Present financial data and key findings to management and business stakeholders.Support annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.Analyse clinic-level KPIs including revenue, expenses, margins and profitability.Support accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger activities.Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.Assist with VAT, audit and other UAE financial compliance requirements.Work closely with clinic managers and operational teams to understand financial performance.Develop and improve financial reporting processes and management information.Provide commercial analysis to support expansion, investment and strategic business decisions.Candidate RequirementsDegree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.Strong previous experience in accounting, finance analysis or management reporting.Experience preparing management accounts and analysing P&L performance.Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills.Strong ability to analyse large amounts of financial and operational data.Experience creating management reports, dashboards and financial presentations.Confident presenting financial information to senior management.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.UAE experience is highly desirable.Experience within healthcare, clinics, health & wellness, hospitality or another multi-site business would be an advantage.Ideal ProfileWe are looking for someone who can go beyond traditional accounting.The successful candidate should be able to understand the numbers, identify what they mean for the business and clearly communicate those findings to management.This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Health & Wellness organisation and play an important role in improving financial visibility and supporting the continued expansion of the business.Salary budget: 15-20,000 AED per month + medical + visa + bonusPlease send CV's to David@therigrecruitment.com
