Created in Singapore, sourcing from China, it is focused on delivering efficient, transparent solutions for the region.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant / Finance Executive role based in Singapore. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations. The Accountant / Finance Executive will prepare and analyze financial statements, support monthly and annual closing activities, and ensure accurate financial reporting for management and stakeholders. Responsibilities include working maintaining proper documentation, monitoring cash flow, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams and external partners, adherence to local regulations, and continuous improvement of financial controls and processes.QualificationsStrong foundation in Finance with the ability to interpret and prepare Financial Statements.Proficiency in Accounting Software and experience with Financial Reporting tools and processes.Demonstrated Analytical Skills for reviewing financial data, identifying variances, and supporting decision-making.Relevant diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Experience in a trading, sourcing, construction, or furniture-related business is an advantage.Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.High attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.Comfortable with a 5.5-day work week.This role offers real ownership over how TSK's Singapore finance operations are run, with room to shape process, systems, and reporting as the business scales across two brands — and to grow with the finance function as it evolves.Interested parties can send your resume admin@thesourcingking.asia.
