Accountant / Finance Executive

This role is for our new e-commerce entity.We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant / Finance Executive with experience in the e-commerce industry and hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics ERP. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities and supporting accurate financial reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank reconciliations.Reconcile e-commerce sales, marketplace settlements, payment gateways, refunds, and returns.Prepare monthly financial reports and support month-end closing.Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.Assist with VAT, audit, and statutory compliance requirements.Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.Ensure timely and accurate posting of transactions in Microsoft Dynamics ERP.Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.Support management with financial analysis and other finance-related activities.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.Hands on accounting/finance experience, preferably in the e-commerce industry.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP.Good knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.Experience with e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and marketplace reconciliations is preferred.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.Good communication and organizational skills.If you believe your experience and skills are a strong match for this opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
