Apply & track with Apply EdgeJOB SUMMARY:Responsible for managing group accounting, forecasting and financial analysis activities across assigned entities or at group level. This role ensures accurate Accounting, financial reporting and provides insightful financial analysis to support business decision-making. The position also supports budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and audit processes at a group level. The role also will be responsible to identify areas for improvement with the finance process and drive continuous improvement.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Includes the following; other duties may be assigned.Support Accounts payable activity for designated siteSupport group accounting activities, including preparation and review of financial data from assigned entitiesPrepare periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) ensuring accuracy and completenessAssist in consolidation of financial results across multiple entitiesSupport budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering data, updating templates, and tracking variancesPerform basic financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend identificationAssist in preparation of reports and presentations for management reviewSupport external and internal audit processes through data preparation and documentationCoordinate with overseas subsidiaries to collect financial data and ensure timely reportingMaintain and update financial records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standardsSupport CAPEX tracking and reporting against budgetIdentify areas for process improvement and support implementation of standardised finance practicesEnsure data integrity within ERP systems and support system-related finance activitiesSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNot ApplicableEDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEUniversity degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldMember of HKICPA5-8 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial planning, and analysis within a multinational environmentStrong proficiency in Excel and ERP systemsExperience in handling group consolidation and multi-entity financial management preferredManage the group cashflow forecast and statement;Manage the bank records and authorisation document;Assist for consolidation and audit;Handle overseas subsidiaries financial reports;Handle group capex budget and actual tracking;Manage the group working capital;Forecast and budgeting;
