We help companies streamline cross-border transactions, manage multicurrency flows, and operate efficiently through secure and scalable financial infrastructure.SH Digital is a licensed digital asset trading firm that offers multiple trading services, utilizing cutting edge technology designed to provide for the most fluid, reliable trading experience possible.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Record day-to-day financial transactions in Xero, including accruals, prepayments, and intercompany entries.Perform bank reconciliations for all company bank accounts on a regular basis.Prepare and maintain intercompany reconciliations and resolve differences.Prepare monthly management accounts and supporting schedules.Assist in safeguarding / client fund reconciliations. Manage SEPA Direct Debits on daily basis.Manage VISA reconciliations. Process, record, and reconcile cryptocurrency trading transactions and related settlements on a daily basis.Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation of all financial transactions in line with internal controls.Assist in month-end closing activities. Support audit processes by providing required data and schedules.Coordinate with internal teams for transaction clarification and data collection.Handle ad hoc accounting tasks as required.Assist in preparation of data for regulatory and internal reporting. QualificationsSemi-qualified CA / ACCA / CPA or a Bachelor’s / master’s degree in accounting and finance.Minimum 4-5 years of related relevant accounting experience.Hands-on experience with Xero as the primary accounting system.Experience working in a multi-currency environment.Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.Understanding of bank and intercompany reconciliations.Previous experience in financial services, payments, fintech, or digital assets is preferred.Immediate joiners preferred.Interested candidates may email their CV to "shinychdhr@gmail.com" with the subject Accountant – Stanhope Group
