Accountant - UAE National

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Accountant (Emirati) to join our Finance team. The role will be responsible for managing core accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in financial records, supporting audits, and maintaining compliance with AE regulations and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliationsOversee month-end and year-end closing activities independentlyPrepare accurate financial statements, reports, and analysis for managementEnsure timely processing of accounts payable and receivableHandle VAT filings and ensure compliance with AE tax regulationsCoordinate with internal and external auditors during auditsMonitor adherence to company accounting policies and internal controlsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and complianceQualifications & Requirements :Emirati with valid family DocsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience in the CountryStrong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standardsHands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics preferred)Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
