We offer globally recognized qualifications in collaboration with UK awarding bodies, providing students with accessible, flexible, and career-relevant academic pathways.Job PurposeTo deliver high-quality online teaching in Accounting and Finance, support student learning and achievement, and contribute to the development and quality assurance of academic programmes.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging online lectures, tutorials, workshops, and academic support sessions.Teach subjects including Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Financial Management, Auditing, Taxation, and Corporate Finance.Develop and maintain online teaching materials, activities, case studies, and assessments.Assess student work and provide timely, constructive feedback.Monitor student engagement, progress, and academic performance.Support students through online consultations and academic guidance.Ensure teaching and assessment align with programme learning outcomes and university quality standards.Participate in moderation, curriculum review, and academic quality assurance activities.Keep subject knowledge current with developments in accounting standards, finance, technology, and industry practice.Effectively use the university LMS, virtual classroom platforms, spreadsheets, accounting software, and other digital learning tools.Contribute to research, scholarly activity, professional development, and programme development where required.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.Master's degree in a relevant field preferred/required according to programme level.Relevant professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent is desirable.Previous teaching/lecturing experience in Accounting or Finance.Experience in online or blended learning is preferred.Strong knowledge of accounting and financial concepts and their practical application.Key SkillsExcellent communication and presentation skills.Strong online teaching and student engagement skills.Effective assessment and feedback skills.Good digital and LMS proficiency.Strong Excel/spreadsheet and financial analysis skills.Ability to work independently and meet academic deadlines.Commitment to academic integrity, quality, and student success.Contribution to programme and academic development.Key Performance AreasQuality of online teaching and student engagement.Student achievement and progression.Timely and effective assessment feedback.Quality and currency of learning materials.Compliance with academic and quality assurance requirements.Contribution to programme and academic development.
