The company serves clients whenever and wherever needed, offering a highly personalized culinary experience.Role Description The Accounting & Finance Manager at NEAT India will oversee all financial operations, including bookkeeping, general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll processing. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, managing budgeting and forecasting, and monitoring cash flow to support business decisions. The manager will ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls, coordinating with auditors, banks, and other external partners as needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial performance, preparing MIS reports for leadership, managing cost control initiatives, and supporting pricing strategies for NEAT’s meal services and hospitality offerings. The role also involves improving financial processes, implementing systems for accuracy and efficiency, and collaborating with operations and management teams to align financial planning with business growth.QualificationsStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management, with hands-on experience in bookkeeping and reconciliation.Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.Experience in tax compliance, regulatory filings, and coordinating with auditors and financial institutions.Banking Recollection.Comfort with accounting and ERP software, advanced skills in MS Excel, and the ability to work with data for MIS and dashboards.Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on accuracy and integrity.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial insights to management.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, or MBA in Finance are an advantage.Prior experience in hospitality, food services, or consumer-focused businesses is preferred, along with familiarity with cost management and pricing in these sectors.Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all financial matters.
