We are seeking a motivated Accounting Associate to be part of our dynamic team—an excellent opportunity to grow your career with a listed property developer known for elegant design, thoughtful functionality, and exceptional quality.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform day-to-day accounting transactions for an assigned area of Accounting within a specific business unit or subsidiary/ies of Shang Properties, Inc.Implement systems, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations, accounting principles, and internal/external financial standards.Support accurate financial reporting and contribute to the smooth operation of the Finance team.Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor’s degree in AccountancyAt least 6 months of relevant work experience, or fresh graduate with strong academic backgroundBasic understanding of company operations and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
